I have just launched a small SME and we are tendering to a MoD contract. They are asking questions about our supply chain risk management. We don’t have much of a supply chain to worry about so this was a very useful post. Thanks

Agreed. Whatever the risks are, it more often than not comes down to human error, and it most certainly comes down to human error when dealing with or making decisions about the risks.

It seems like there are a lot of risks that can be a huge detriment. I would be most worried about the natural disaster risk, deliberate acts risk, and legal risks. Those three around are mostly out of a persons control and if there was an error in those areas it would be very hard to fix!!
