Though KM is ultra important in Transition of teams but it is also important to  have a religious plan to keep on documenting about the changes in the supply chain design and its rationale so that we do not re-visit the same options again an again after some time. Also, collaboration with suppliers is another important aspect of KM where you share knowledge with your suppliers and vice versa for a common objective of improving the overall efficiency of supply chain.</description> <content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Well said Mate!
