While reading the review I saw familiar names, thereby I am confident I took the contributions of the most widely recognized guru's into account (thesis). For me the availability of multiple perspectives is both a 'pro' and a 'con'. It took me at least four month before I could make sense of all different models and terminology. In terms of Juttner (2005), "the research area (SCRM) is still in its infancy", which is a 'pro' First of all, thanks for the review.
